The development team did audit and purge your file which on the one with the AS objects purged 4000 AS objects from the file (have a backup before you do these steps)Īs my previous post the file you sent me with 400 solids in it did export but took a further 20 minutes, this has been tested and the same behaviour reported from the development team. When the window pops up and says exporting this is currently set to show for limited amount of time, on your file which contains 400 3D solids the exporter is still working after time has passed so the export command hasn’t completed which is why you don’t a file in the export folder.
Hi spoken with the development team and the export tool works in 2 steps, the first step is to take the Advance Steel objects and convert them to 3D solids, the second step its to take the 3D Solids and export them to a STEP file.
